A major Andy Warhol exhibit is coming to Toronto, and is set to be hosted by Beverley Hills-based Revolver Gallery.
Similar to the recent Vancouver exhibition of Warhol works, this will take place in a vacant commercial space – 77 Bloor Street West to be exact.
When asked if the show would be the same one that was in Vancouver, this is the response we got, “This exhibition will presented in a more experiential and thematic fashion. There will be guided tours, activated spaces, lectures, mobile applications, new works, curatorial aesthetic, to name a few. This is curated as an educational museum quality show. It is very different from our Vancouver exhibition.”
Opening to all July 1, they’re promising the largest show of his work to date in Canada.
Unlike the Vancouver show, entry will not be free. Tickets prices are as follows:
$10 – Adults
$8 – Seniors (65+)
$5 – Student (Must Show ID) & Youth (Ages 6-17)
FREE – Kids 5 and Under
