Giant Warhol Exhibit In Toronto

Summer in Toronto is shaping up quite well with the Pan Am Games, tons of music festivals, food events, and art exhibits headed to the city! Beginning this summer, one of the world’s largest collections of original Andy Warhol prints and paintings will be on display for Toronto’s art collectors, curators, and enthusiasts.

Andy Warhol Revisited: A Mirror for Today is curated by Los-Angeles based Revolver Gallery and will be open to the public at 77 Bloor Street West for 6 months this year. The exhibit will feature some of Warhol’s most revered pieces including the iconic Campbell’s Soup Cans, portraits of Marilyn Monroe and Mick Jagger, and artwork from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc., Christie’s Auction House, and distinguished museum and private collections.

The exhibit opens Wednesday, July.1, 2015 and closes Thursday, December.31, 2015. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors (65+), $5 for students (full-time with ID) and youth (6-17) and kids (under 5) are free
