Propyläen-Verlag (Germany)

Propyläen-Verlag published Andy Warhol’s Paloma Picasso screenprint in 1975. The work was published as part of America’s Hommage a Picasso, a portfolio featuring 68 different artists’ works remembering Picasso in 1975, who passed in April of 1973. Warhol’s contribution to the series shows Picasso’s daughter, who was also a friend of Warhol.
