Trans Atlantic Consultants, Inc. (New York)

In 1985, Trans Atlantic Consultants, Inc. published one of Andy Warhol’s architecturally-focused prints titled Viewpoint. Warhol died two years after the publication of this scarce print, of which only 24 reproductions were created (divided into 4 groups with unique halftones). It recalls a work completed by Warhol two years before: the Brooklyn Bridge print, which similarly showcases an architectural feat. Indicative of his 1980s style, this piece displays his elevated use of color blocking and geometry that characterized some of the works produced in the later years of his career.
