Take a look inside Revolver Gallery’s opening night gala of the Toronto exhibition, Andy Warhol: Revisited, on June 30. Our latest YouTube video captured all the glamour and excitement of the exclusive Warhol event in Yorkville.
With over 350 attendees, Toronto pop art lovers were welcomed with a sneak peek at Warhol’s prolific pieces prior to the Andy Warhol: Revisited’s public opening on July 1. The preview night celebration took Warhol to a new level with food, drinks and music. Servers added to the Warhol theme dressed as Andy Warhol himself and Marilyn Monroe.
Guests came together for an exciting night as one of the “best exhibits ever seen for Andy Warhol,” a fan said.
Set to run for a six-month period until December 31, Andy Warhol: Revisited features over 120 original Warhol prints and paintings, including iconic pieces such as Marilyn Monroe and Campbell’s soup cans. It also features rare, lesser known works that even the biggest Warhol fans haven’t seen.
Notable guests in attendance included: Traci Melchor (host, CTV’s The Social), Stacey McKenzie (model), Naomi Snieckus (actress), David Dixon (fashion designer), Sarah Baeumler (HGTV personality), Rachael Ancheril (actress), Katie Boland (actress), Trinity Jackman (heiress/socialite), Darryl Sittler (former NHL player), Sabrina Maddeaux (life editor, NOW Toronto), and many others.
Attendees shared their experience at Andy Warhol: Revisited, and Canadian fashion model Stacey McKenzie said, “I really enjoy the Andy Warhol exhibit. I am a huge fan!”
